Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the country

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary.

- International: Selected countries worldwide
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery or for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
Order Not Received
If your tracking number shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.
Confirm that the address provided at checkout is correct.
If the package is still not found, contact the shipping carrier. You may also email us for additional assistance.
